Become a lifeline.
SoulConnect is a European Union Global Youth Mobilization Award–winning mental-health initiative. We are looking for volunteers who don't see this as a role — but as a personal mission to show up for people in their hardest hours.
Why volunteers choose us
We invest in the people who invest in others.
EU Award-Recognised Team
Hands-on crisis-intervention experience with an European Union Global Youth Mobilization Award–winning initiative.
Specialised Training
Active listening techniques, crisis-response protocols, and ongoing professional development throughout your service.
Letter of Experience
Formal written recognition of your skills and service — a meaningful credential for your professional portfolio.
Recognition & Rewards
Earn points for consistent, high-quality shifts. Points are redeemable for real rewards as a token of our appreciation.
What the work looks like
Volunteering with SoulConnect means showing up consistently for people who may have no one else. Here is what to expect.
Compassionate active listening
Provide non-judgmental, anonymous support across our chat, voice, and offline community channels.
Overnight coverage included
We cover high-need hours — 10 PM to 6 AM — when people need support most. This is part of the commitment, not the fine print.
Structured supervision
Regular performance check-ins and a short weekly progress report to your assigned supervisor — framed as support, not surveillance.
Community & team
You join a vetted team of peer supporters working together toward a shared mission of accessible mental-health care.
You don't need a title. You need heart.
We prefer 2nd or 3rd-year psychology students, but we welcome anyone with strong empathy, emotional resilience, and a genuine commitment to others' well-being.
Ownership of your shifts
No-shows have real consequences in a crisis-response chain.
Reliability above all
People are counting on you to be there — consistently.
Proactive mindset
You raise issues early, not after they become problems.
Deep empathy
You listen to understand, not to respond.
Application deadline
August 31, 2026
Applications close on this date — submit yours early.
